Metal Gear Solid 4 – in Real-Time!

I could be incredibly mistaken, and if I am you fine folks will surely let me know, but I believe that we've come across some new unseen footage (by most of you anyways) of MGS4 from this year's Tokyo Game Show. This 4 minute video shows real-time footage from this upcoming game being run from a devkit, and on top of that the folks at Language Espionage Team have translated the presentation into English. So if it's not news to you it's news to me, and I have to say I'm blown away. Not to aggravate you X360 fans, but I found this footage incredible - I didn't think this level of real-time graphics would be possible for several years to come and it is definitely something for Microsoft to worry about, regardless of the PS3's eventual price tag.

So take a look and tell us what you think, the video is in WMV format. If I'm just out of the loop and this is old news (I couldn't find it on this site, anyways) than I apologize for wasting your time. ;)
