?E? has released a new version of his PC Engine (Turbo Grafx 16) emulator for the PSP, version 0.62pre1. The PC Engine was and is a very small video game console, due primarily to a very efficient three-chip architecture and its use of HuCards, credit-card sized data cartridges. Changes in this release according to admin Jeff include: ?

Barely no improvement on
emulation.
May even have some setbacks.

Currently, this program will only run on PSPs with firmware
version 1.0 or 1.50. If you do not know which firmware version your PSP has, or
