Assassin’s Creed: Unity Introduces a Female Character You Can’t Play

acu elise figurine packshot full logosAssassin's Creed: Unity drew the ire of some critics a while back for not having female playable characters in the multiplayer. Well, here's one for single player but you can't play her. She's a Templar.

Assassin's Creed: Unity drew the ire of some critics a while back for not having female playable characters in the multiplayer. Well, here's one for single player but you can't play her. She's a Templar. She's named Elise and she's a young noblewoman during the French Revolution and for some reason she and main character Arno form a bond in the game.

 

 

Elise will also be getting her own statue/figurine called 'Elise: The Fiery Templar.' It will fit together with the 'Arno: The Fearless Assassin' to form a diorama. Both figurines are designed by Ubicollectibles also come with DLC for AC: Unity and will be out on October 14th.

 

 

And finally, there will be an Assassin's Creed: Unity novelization written by Oliver Bowden. This novel will continue Bowden's work on the Assassin's Creed book series, which have sold 3 million copies. The Unity book will be out in November.
