Assassin's Creed: Unity will be for new-gen games and Assassin's Creed: Rogue will be for last-gen games. And they're both getting plenty of hype at Gamescom.

First up is Rogue. It's coming out for PS3 and Xbox 360 and it has two trailer/walkthroughs. “Discover Shay hunting down Assassins,” reads the blurb for the first one. “Infiltration and discretion are key for killing your former brothers. Use new weapons to help you on this path of vengeance.”

“Fight your enemies with the Morrigan, your new boat, using new deadly weapons,” reads the blurb for the second video, the one that focuses on the Arctic.

As for Unity, the Assassin's Creed game that will be on Xbox One and PS4, we have only one trailer. Here's the blurb for it: “In Assassin’s Creed Unity all of Paris is your playground. From the skyward reaching spires of Notre Dame to the to the tunnels and slums inhabited by the city’s less fortunate you can run, climb, and leap from nearly any surface.

“Follow Arno as he traverses the rooftops, streets, and back alleys of French Revolution era Paris all brought to life in breathtakingly intricate detail made possible by the next gen Anvil engine.”

Rogue will be out November 11th and Unity will be out on October 28th. Stab on.
