While registration closed very shortly after the beta launched , it appears that today the company is looking to bring in a few more lucky souls to test out some of the new services. With some Xbox fans salivating at the mouth to see some of this new content in action, you're probably wondering how can I be one of the few lucky gamers to earn a spot.

In terms of its additions, one of the biggest things to note is that come Fall Xbox will finally be getting a full-fledged web browser to mess around with on their consoles. Obviously it's built off a modified version of IE9, and while it may not have tabbed browsing yet in its current beta iteration, it does allow for a toggle between mobile and full websites for browsing the web from your couch. Certainly as is the wave of the future, you will also be happy to know that full HTML5 video support is in place for all of your streaming needs. Other features include the ability to make app recommendations, and voice search among others.
So how can you get in? Just head on over to the Microsoft Connect website and try your luck.
UPDATE: Beta filled as soon as I finished this. Congrats to every one that made the move quick enough to get in!
