Update: Take 2 vs. THQ |
Listed in: News Tags: take 2, take 2 vs. thq, take-two, THQ, zelnick

We wrote earlier this week that THQ and Take 2 have been in a mud slinging match and it seems that THQ have finally come out and said something about the remarks made by Take-2 CEO Strauss Zelnick. THQ responded to Game Informer with "There's only so much damage control that can be done after comments like this, but now Strauss Zelnick has apologized for his remarks. "While discussing our strategy I spoke out of turn about someone elses. It was inappropriate and I regret it," he told Game Informer.
I honestly think the work done by both sides has been phenomenal in the past year and Take 2 have their own issues and whilst THQ is having a hard time right now, it's not best to kick them while they're down. I understand Take 2 having a bit of a problem as in terms of game style, THQ is one of their biggest competitors. What would have been better is to attack Blizzard-Activision or even if they were lazy, EA Games.

Any company who thinks they can duplicate or recreate another companies success (NINTENDO) even if the wii is a piece of %^%&^%%&^^^$$%$ then they deserve to go under.
And will I'm on the subject...WiiU will fail, we will not see another HOME CONSOLE from NINTENDO after this next gen..EVER! Thank Goodnes! and so they will only have their DS's to get by...that's if mobiles don't swamp the market completely!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!????
