The PS3 and PS Vita versions of Street Fighter X Tekken are getting a bunch of exclusive stuff, like inFamous's Cole McGrath and the Sony cats, Kuro and Toro, as playable characters. The Xbox 360 version, on the other hand, is getting zip, zero, nada in terms of exclusive content.

According to Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono, the developers wanted to get some exclusive characters for the 360. He said they were in discussions with MS, but that they "weren't able to decide on a character because of differences in timing and things like that." When asked about which characters they wanted, Ono said they wanted Halo's Master Chief and Gears of War's Marcus Fenix.

Characters from these franchises are not strangers to other games. There was a Spartan named Nicole in Dead or Alive 4 and Marcus and Dom were both in Lost Planet 2 as extra characters, but this time they're staying in their respective franchises.

Street Fighter X Tekken is out March 6th in the US, March 8th in in Japan, and March 9th in Europe.

Idk why they didnt allow them as exclusive characters. they would of been a bonus to buy the xbox version but because of this the xbox owners get nothing, smart move MS XP

Wow, Microsoft just cares about time-exclusive CoD DLC that will be worthless anyway... :sigh:

after seeing Nicole-458 kicking as in DoA4 I could see Master Chief or an other Spartan in this game but I just can't imagine Marcus Fenix doing any agile fighting moves

I may not own an Xbox 360 anymore, but I still find it annoying and saddening on how Microsoft has changed since there original Xbox days. It would've extremely nice to see master chief in this game or even that ultimate MvC 3. After seeing Haloid during my teen days, It would have been a dream come true to see Master chief in capacom based fighting game.

This is simply because ms doesn't have any good exclusive games, never have.
