There's a new Star Trek game coming this spring. Yeah, old school Trekkies hate it already and it looks like a Mass Effect knock-off, but you get to do the Vulcan nerve pinch! In the trailer below, we get to see plenty of pew-pew laser action, which is probably a lot more interesting than all that talking and introspection we used to get from Star Trek.

The blurb for the video reads, "Kirk and Spock uncover a mysterious piece of technology on New Vulcan, which will either save or destroy all life in the galaxy."

So those are the only two options? Kind of a dramatic choice, isn't it?
