Warner Bros. Interactive and NetherRealm Studios has revealed the third DLC character for Mortal Kombat, the purple ninja himself, Rain. Originally from Mortal Kombat 3, Rain joins the recent cast of DLC characters that have been included to enter the Mortal Kombat tournament.

In the trailer, watch how Rain harness the elemental strength of water to crush, suffocate, and destroy anyone who steps into the arena to face him. Rain joins the recent cast of characters that have been included in the game, Kenshi and Skarlet, both of whom are currently available for download through Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network. He will be available for download as part of the Mortal Kombat season pass starting July 19th, or individually for 400 MS Points on Xbox Live or US$ 4.99 on PSN.
