In the same Best Buy ‘Retailer Insider,’ there is a paragraph under the Xbox 360 Shipment paragraph which lets their employees (and now gamers) know that in the latest shipment of Xbox 360s there will be no special remote control included in the box. The 360s with the special remote would have a special sticker to let you know. No sticker, no special remote, sorry all.

Who cares, the Universal is better and cheap.
it's not the point of caring. It's that fact that people are putting in the extra money to have what microsoft originally stated, which included a Remote.
This Launch gets worser by the day, I feel sorry for anyone who bought the console or will buy the console with no remote that was promised originally. Fair go Microsoft....
Im thinking of giving the x360 a miss, unless Microsoft clean up their act.
