Modern Warfare 3 DLC Inbound! |
Listed in: News Tags: Activision, call of duty elite, content collection, modern warfare 3 dlc
Remember earlier when Activision announced that Modern Warfare 3 was going to get 20 hits of DLC spanning 9 months? Well that number just went up, by 4. It turns out that there was an abundance of ideas and they can’t go without squeezing some more in. And hopefully squeezing a few extra Elite subscribers in too, no doubt.
James Berger, VP of Call Of Duty Digital, said that the number ‘could go higher’, so fingers crossed for even more. Not to forget that Call Of Duty Elite is also getting a bunch of new features and services soon, like clan levelling, new Elite TV programs, mobile application updates, tablet support and Spec-Ops leaderboards.
Looks to me like you Elite subscribers must be pretty chuffed with yourselves, what with some of Spec-Ops missions looking great.
I’m just going to hold out for a Game Of The Year Edition to get all the DLC in one go, even if it means missing out on some extra multiplayer fun.
Also, don’t forget that on Tuesday you’ll be able to pick up the Content Collection #1 for $14.99, which includes maps and a couple of meaty Spec-Ops missions.
