Major League Gaming announced today the start of their Pro Circuit 2011 in Dallas, Texas. We have all the details on what games will be played and what spectators can check out at the booth.
The MLG Pro Circuit 2011 will take place in Dallas, Texas from April 1 to April 3, 2011. More than 1,000 competitors will be playing Halo: Reach, StarCraft II, and Call of Duty: Black Ops. There are $120,000 worth of prizes at this event.
Spectators won't be left out of the fun, either. They'll be able to do the following at various booths:
- MLG Booth: Friday, April 1 at 2:15pm – Check out an exclusive Halo: Reach Expo Match featuring NFL Pros David Bueller (Dallas Cowboys), Raghib Ismail (Retired, Dallas Cowboys) and Cory Procter (Miami Dolphins and former Dallas Cowboys) VS. MLG Pro Players.
- Sony Ericsson, official mobile handset of MLG: Be one of the first to try out the soon to be released Xperia™ PLAY and enter to win one of your own.
- Dr Pepper, official soft drink of MLG: Play-a-Pro sessions, signings, Text-to-Win promotions with an array of prizing, and a chance to meet the new Dr Pepper Girls.
- BIC® Flex4® Razors, official razor of MLG: Play Halo: Reach in the BIC® Flex4® Live FFA (free-for-all or individual) competition. One winner will be flown to the National Championships to compete for $4,000. Plus, participate in a text-2-win promotion for a chance to win cool gaming gear like an Astro A40 Audio System.
- PlayStation, official partner of MLG: Get early access to SOCOM 4 at the PlayStation Compound before it hits store shelves.
