Microsoft Aplogizes for Cloud Issues |
Listed in: News Tags: cloud save access, Microsoft, xbox live
You may have read our earlier article about cloud save access issues that have been experienced by the Xbox Live community. Now that they have been resolved Microsoft is extending the olive branch with an offer of a free month of Xbox Live. So what will you have to do to get your free month of Xbox Live? Nothing, Microsoft will automatically be applying a one month extension to the customers who experienced issues.

Microsoft has also offered a written apology to all "Xbox LIVE members impacted by the Cloud Saved Games service issue for your patience and understanding... Whether you couldn't access your game saves for a couple of hours or a couple of days, we sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience." If you’re thinking you can slip one past the guys at Microsoft and get in on this free month even though you were not affected by the cloud save file issue…think again. Microsoft rep Alex Garden has stated firmly "We know exactly who was affected and we’ll handle all of this on our end."
