Metro: Last Light - Welcome to Moscow |
Listed in: News Tags: 4a games, metro: last light, THQ

Metro: Last Light is the sequel to post-apocalyptic shooter Metro 2033 that puts you once again in the shoes of ranger Artyom. In this new gameplay trailer for the sequel, Artyom has been forced into a (possibly temporary) alliance with Pavel, a young Red Line officer. Together, Artyom and Pavel must face a variety of hazards as they try to cross the wrecked streets of Moscow.
In the future wasteland of Metro: Last Light, the mutants rule the streets and the humans usually stay belowground in the Metro tunnels, so as you can imagine crossing the streets aboveground isn't easy. Artyom and Pavel are trying to reach the safety of a place simply called The Theater, but they have to battle a "demon" (really just a huge winged mutant) and some demonic dog-things along the way before making their way through a downed airliner, which triggers a creepy flashback.
All in all, Metro: Last Light is shaping up to be a worthy successor to the oft-overlooked Metro 2033. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think in the comments.
Metro: Last Light will be out in 2013.

It depends on what language you're talking about, but in English it's Artyom.
