Details on Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist Collector’s Edition have finally surfaced, and while it is pricey, it’s pretty damn cool at the same time.

The Splinter Cell: Blacklist Collector’s Edition from Ubisoft will be available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 starting on August 20th.  At $169.99, the Collector’s Edition is anything but cheap, but if you are a big fan of the series, it may be worth it.  Here is a breakdown of what you get:

• a copy of Splinter Cell: Blacklist
• an 88-page Splinter Cell Echoes graphic novel
• a game poster
• a co-op map for Billionaire’s Yacht
• the Upper Echelon Pack, which includes Gold Sonar Goggles and Upper Echelon Suit in-game items and the Dead Coast co-op map
• a radio-controlled three-channel, dual-motor model of the Paladin airplane used by Sam Fisher and the Fourth Echelon team in the game that actually flies
