This whole Xbox Live Rewards thing is really kicking into high gear with Halo 4. In other words, you're going to earn Microsoft Points for simply playing Halo 4's multiplayer.

If you play for 35 hours or more you'll earn 100 MSP, playing 70 hours or more will net you 300 MSP, and playing 140 hours or more will get you 600 MSP. You'll also get refunds on Halo 4 content you've already purchased. If you spend 1500 MSP on Halo 4 stuff you'll get 100 MSP back. Spend 3000 MSP and you'll get 200 MSP back.

In some kind of combo deal, if you spend 3000 MSP on Halo 4 and play at least 35 hours of multiplayer you'll get 800 MSP back.

The catch is that the deal only lasts until November 30th, so you'll have to log in some serious MP hours in that time.
