Ubisoft has finally pinned down the release date of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, the long awaited reboot of the squad-based shooter series.

The release date? Well, according to Ubisoft, (barring no delay on sight) you can look out for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier on March 6, 2012. That should give the Ubisoft’s Paris studio plenty of more time to test out the game before its scheduled beta testing phase that will start sometime in January 2012.
Developed by Ubisoft’s Paris studio, the team behind Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, Future Soldier will feature "cutting-edge technology, prototype high-tech weaponry, and state-of-the-art single-player and multiplayer modes."
The game was originally slated to come out in April 2010, but was later pushed backed for a holiday 2010 timeframe before being delayed again to early next year due to the stiff competition during this year's holiday season.
