Many users on the official Xbox forums are antagonizing over spending $400+ on their Xbox 360 consoles again. This time there appears to be a flaw with GRAW where the game freezes. This happens after the gamer dies during a certain point on what appears to be a few different levels. When they click "A" to continue the game flat out freezes with the GRAW skull icon loading screen.Today, i was playing GRAW and im on "the quarterback" level and i die, i click A to continue and a black screen appears and the skull icon with the red circle around it appears in the bottom right corner, and the game FREEZES. I can not get past this point. it freezes everytime. I even tried to replay the level before it to see if i can continue from there, but it doesnt work.
Hey man..the same thing just happened to me. Needless to say I'm pissed, too. I was on the level where you secure the U.S. tanks and I had just finished freeing the trainers when I got killed and the same black load screen with the skull came up.
Yeah, I was about to say: Don't delete your save game or start a new one. It won't work. The same thing happened to me. I tried logging into another profile and doing all kinds of things to try to make it work.
Lets hope that we hear of an official patch soon since this game has been greatly favored by many players up until just over 33% of the Campaign.

live service. No other console had this frequent of a problem, only PC's.
Becuase of the HDD/Live being implemented (if you bought the premium system or upgraded the core with at least a memory unit) in the beginning, they figure they can treat it as a PC title. Releasing a near finished game to the public, and weeding out any issues, serious or not, in the weeks following its release.
What is inexcusable, tho ugh, is how much longer the devs are taking than it normally takes for a PC patch to arrive (which is more often than not, hours to a few days away from the find). Games like DOA4 have had the save erase glitche since its launch at the end of december 05. I havent found out yet, does the new patch released even fix that glitch like many had hoped?
Regardless, it just seems like devs are immediately switching focus to their next game, and leaving a small amount of people to debug and patch existing titles. I am not saying that is how it is, but it sure does feel that way.

You probably are right. And if this continues...the gaming industry will go downhill for good(and if it doesn't I think i'll just leave them behind)
I like consoles because of that fact that I don't have to worry about picking up a game and it not working untill a 200MB patch comes out(I have a computer and I do have to do that)
Guess nothing is perfect. Or lasts long.
