We always vote with our wallets, but in this day and age it's easier than ever before to have our voices heard. And it seems like EA (well, EA Sports at least) has heard our complaints, in part.

In the interview below with EA Sports top dog Andrew Wilson, he says that EA has and is still listening to their fans. EA's decision to make European Championship football a DLC for FIFA 12 rather than a $60 stand-alone game is one example of how EA Sports is paying attention to trends.

Now if only Activision would follow suit with their annual $60 Call of Duty expansions.

Wilson also talks about server closings, which is another major point of contention that gamers have with EA, though his answer isn't going to exactly please those angry fans as he says, "We stand up pretty well [when compared to other companies]."

The interviewer failed to mic himself, so it's not the highest quality interview, but check it out:

I still don't think EA is as bad as Activision. At least EA is investing in new IPs.

EA decided it was more profitable to release European Championship football as a DLC for FIFA 12 and if you don't like our server shutdowns then F U. Yes, EA is really listening to its customers.

Too bad the DLC doesn't even have all licenses, even for Euro 2012 teams...

Americans make me chuckle. So EA is the worst company in a year with oil spills and human hot spots?...Riiight.

At least they are making changes.
