EA Sports Donates $500,000 Worth of Ads to Movember |
Listed in: News Tags: charity, EA Sports, movember
The good people at EA Sports have donated $500,000 worth of in-game ads for Movember. If you are not quite sure what Movember is outside of a spelling error, every November men everywhere grow their stash in support of raising awareness and funds for prostate and testicular cancer and LiveStrong foundations. This year EA Sports has gotten themselves involved and you will be able to see ads in the newest versions FIFA, Madden, and NHL (the only NHL hockey you’ll see this year).

Its always nice to hear about a large company like EA giving back to charity’s and personally I’m glad it’s this one as my family has been affected by these cancers. So why not take note and join in the month long upper lip grow and show us your stash and lend some support to this great cause.

So...they are basically letting them advertise for free?
if that is true, this is pretty lame. It just sounds like a tax writeoff for EA that didn't cost them anything.
