There was a story last week in which someone discovered that the name "Deus Ex: Human Defiance" was trademarked recently and there was speculation about whether this was a new game or a movie. Turns out, it's a movie. Superannuation reported that both Human Defiance domains are registered to CBS Films, which is the company that has the rights to the Deus Ex movie. Then there's the fact that the second domain is called deusexhumandefiancefilm.com. That pretty much seals it.

While most of the fans wanted this to be a game, they will undoubtedly be watching to see how much of a train wreck this movie could be. Of course, CBS Films could break the out of the mold of video game movies and their general suckage. Well, hopefully anyway!
