The Limited Edition is being offered by the store as an upgrade for all preorders of the game. Bundled in this package would be exclusive weapons, such as the Ripper, as well as the DLC, Bloodbath Arena.
In case you've already placed your pre-orders, it should be as simple as telling them you want your copy upgraded. You might want to do it ASAP too, because the Limited Edition comes in very limited quantities as well.
Last month, Iceland and other European countries were confirmed to be getting the Limited Red Edition, which delivers the game to them in a designed Steelcase as well as other merchandise. Other pre-order goodies for the game would be the additional single and multiplayer DLC arenas.
