You can go pick it up come May 17th, 2011, and then get busy with the four new maps included in it: Park Avenue, Transit, Shipyard, and Compound. Regardless of your preferred multiplayer game type, all these maps will sufficiently be supported, so reassures Electronic Arts.

No specific price has been set, but it should be estimated at some 8000MS Points (US$ 10). As for the PSN version, well, let's just keep our fingers crossed that it'll be back up by then so we won't have to miss it on the PS3.
