It’s here; the Black Ops 2 trailer, the video that will no doubt be the trigger that ensures millions into Activision’s hands this November.

What’s the verdict? It’s set in 2025. There’s robots, wristwatch radars. Frank Woods, one of the main protagonists of Black Ops, is back (with a terrible ‘old man’ voice from a voice actor clearly too young to pull it off). And I’m pretty damn sure that I saw horses in the trailer. Four legged, non-mechanical horses, riding through the sand.

I have no idea where the game’s story is planning on going, but it’s going to be a headfuzzle of a ride.

The game will seemingly be looking at the dependence on technology in combat warfare, with man’s creations being turned against himself and  the standard soldier not being able to fight back.

So it seems that amongst the futuristic setting the game will feature the old-school tattoo-ridden soldiers of Black Ops taking the rifle to the battlefield.
