NINJA BASEBALL BATMAN!
Based on classic beat'em-up's of the late 80's, early 90's, Ninja Baseball Batman keeps the insanity of being awesome fighting ninka's and fighting EVERYTHING! LITERALLY EVERYTHING! From being inside a plane, fighting planes, to fighting a baseball bats who fire baseballs at you. It was based on a similar engine to Turtles in Time and the CapCom X-Men series that was recently ported and it's subsequent iterations remade in recent years.
AVGN announces at the end of the video to get Ninja Baseball Batman on the XBox Live Arcade, whilst it'd be awesome to see it on PSN too, the actual ability to play this game, non-emulated would be fantastic.
If you've never seen the work of James Rolfe, or the Angry Video Game Nerd before, I have to suggest checking out his expansive amount of work. From simple video reviews of absolutlely frustrating and abysmal to some fantastic reviews of classic films, both respected and cultish, you can check it out here on Cinemassacre

All this game that AVGN talks about is crazy slapstick nonsense pasted over what made Turtles in Time so great. It seems like a slap in the face to me.
