In an interview with The Guardian, Yoshinori Ono assured fans that there won't be any problems with Tekken X Street Fighter.

"When we first decided to go ahead with this project we agreed not to interfere with each other at all," Ono explained. "So Namco Bandai has no say in anything we do in Street Fighter x Tekken and vice versa for Tekken x Street Fighter — we have no idea what that's going to look like and we cannot object to whatever Namco does!"

Ono has said in the past that this crossover game is essential to the anniversary of the Street Fighter series, and that he would love to see the game on Nintendo 3DS. Given the great reception of Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition, this is a possibility.

"If they go down the Dead or Alive route and Chun-Li comes out rather sexy, we STILL can't say anything!"

Each company putting their own mind and creativity into each game will only make up for uniqueness, I believe. This is pretty good and I'd rather have it no other way.
