If you're one of the more advanced QJ users with a modded-out Xbox 360, you're probably more than familiar with all kinds of classic console emulators being at your disposal. From Genesis to N64, being fully playable on your current-gen machine, it's true that with the right hack and the right programs, the 360 you buy at any retail store has the potential to really embody multiple systems in one. Thanks to the hard work of emulation powerhouse GliGli, it appears that Sega's own Dreamcast could be next on the list of conquered consoles within the 360 scene.

If you've been following much of the Xbox scene, odds are you have probably heard GliGli's name in the past. After all, he was solely responsible for the emulator port known as Mupen64 -360 that has provided privileged gamers with the chance to get their N64 fix on Microsoft's console for quite some time now. Coming out of a brief retirement, a blog post from the developer themselves has revealed that a port of PC's NullDC Dreamcast emulator is not only next on the list, but may also be in our hands very soon.
According to the post, GliGli didn't feel comfortable releasing any information on his project until he could get a handle on his port's "speed, sound and compatibility." However, after just a little but of extra messing about there appears that the video evidence would suggest some pretty sizable strides in making sure some of our favorite Dreamcast titles are in full working order. When can we expect a release of GliGli's work? According to the coder, we can officially say "not far off." Sonic fans rejoice! A new emulator has joined the ranks!
