You can cause your Xbox 360's dashboard to have a kind of seizure by simply screwing with the network connection. To do this, follow these simple steps:

    *  make sure the screensaver on the X360 is activated
    * start any download from live marketplace that takes longer than 10 mins. to download (to let the screensaver kick in)
    * leave the download going and don't touch the controller. the screensaver will dim the screen after 10 mins.
    * unplug the ethernet cable or end your internet connection from your router/modem
    * you'll see the screen graphics scramble on the screen when it tries to tell you that the connection has ended.
    * However, when you hit the controller the dashboard screen goes back to normal (at least that is what happens to mine)

If you're not patient enough to do that then you can always stick a fork in the socket your 360's plugged into (no, don't do that).

This serves no real purpose other than perhaps making Windows stability jokes about your Microsoft console. Note that this should not cause any short or long-term damage to your system...

uhhh, the stability is just fine. this is a usermade error because your F**King with the console.

i GUESS a nonusermade error with this would be if the internet died while downloading a VERY large file.
