Rockstar Games has some good news for those who still haven't bought L.A. Noire's Rockstar Pass. The studio has announced that the Rockstar Pass' limited-time discounted price won't be expiring this week. It's being extended until June 21st.
Until then, the Rockstar Pass can be purchased for US$ 9.99 on PlayStation Network and 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live. Once the limited-time discount expires, the price will be US$ 12 and 960 Microsoft Points on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live, respectively.

June 21st is also the release date for the "Nicholson Electroplating" Arson case, L.A. Noire's next downloadable content pack. The new case charges Arson desk detectives Phelps and Biggs to investigate a devastating explosion at the Nicholson Electroplating plant that rocks downtown Los Angeles. The next DLC, the "Reefer Madness" Vice case, will be available for download on July 12.
The L.A. Noire Rockstar Pass is the studio's way for gamers to pre-order and purchase DLC. It gives players access to not only all of the upcoming downloadable content for L.A. Noire, but also all of the content originally offered as pre-order bonuses. These include the "A Slip of the Tongue" Traffic case, the Badge Pursuit Challenge and more.
