Epic Games seems to have been hit by a stroke of bad luck. Reports indicate that Gears of War 3 has already been leaked to torrent sites with the single-player and multiplayer modes completely intact. It's buggy, but it's complete.

Before you go and try to look for a copy, though, there's a teeny tiny silver lining to this story. Apparently the leaked copy is a developer copy that won't work on anything other than a modified debug Xbox 360 console.

While playing it might be out of the question for the more morally upright gamers, it should be noted that spoilers are starting to show up. If you don't want the trilogy's climax totally spoiled for you, be wary of gameplay videos and the like.

Gears of War 3 is coming out this September exclusively on Xbox 360. If you hated Gears 2's multiplayer, you'll be glad to know that Epic has devoted a lot of time into fixing it for this one.
