nintendo sucks they don`t support HD TV and it has less power then that stupid xbox360 that is no good for nothing. and for the control of nintendo is no revolution thing a tv control? what is revolution is the ps2 cam you don`t need to hold nothing in your hand that is cool.

anyone and everyone who likes the xbox 360 is not very informed, for if everyone knew everything about all the systems, the revolution would win. but thanks to those shallow minded people out there who unwittingly "know" the 360 is the best, make it very clear that they dont even know WTF they are talking about.smart consumers know the revolution is the best in many many ways, and i wouldnt call you stupid if you got a ps3 but shelling out four-hundred simoleons for something that when you play it you'd swear it's exactly the same as the x box, is obviously not intellegent. oh yeah, and about the rev being finished, i cant wait for screenshots!

First off, you failed to use any form of capitalization. Secondly, none of what you said makes any sense, or is based off of any currently known information. This includes your claim that PS3 games will look no better than Xbox games.

Finally, how exactly does a console that hasn't been released yet "win"? I never did quite understand that logic.

On a normal TV screen the new consoles will all look exactly the same. I want the one with the most diffrence between PCs... Some kind of partyconsole... So I buy a Revolution.
I dont see there a diffrence between Xbox360 games and PC games and i bet there will be no diffrence between xbox360 and PS3 games.

Truth is, the Revolution isn't competing with them in the same market sense, Its not going to be Next Gen in graphics, its not going to have all the powerfull goodies the other 2 have, It will have its unique controller and the ability to play all their old games.

And its CHEAP, Very very cheap, I plan on getting a PS3 and Revolution (PS3 for graphics and all the good franchises, Revolution for the old games mostly), Hopefully they will patch Goldeneye for multiplayer (N64)

you already can play N64 via emulator over internet (kaillera)
they dont need to patch anything... only a little optimisation for the emulator is needed.

Those xbox360 fans should stay in their section and stop bashing the revolution. Besides, they have their opinion and I respect that, but you lost all credibility to the readers of this site by calling the revolution sub-standard. No, you may not have called it "sub-standard", but that is the inuendo you gave.

For those of us that don't give a **** about the xbox360, this is great news, and if its true, I can't wait to pre-order mine because launch can't be too far away. I just hope the Nintendo developers have something up their sleeves and release game footage at this January's CES, where PS3 is expected to be debuted with playable demos.

I plan on getting a PS3 as well as a revolution, but I'm hoping that both of these systems live up to the hype

Wow....I never thought of that. Goldeneye online with voice chat. Maybe even some updated graphics (sharper textures and such tweaks). Oh my god...that's very exciting...

As for the 360, I remember reading an IGN article where a developer was quoted as saying that the Xbox 360 was 10 times more powerful than the Xbox while displaying in HD, and over 20 times while displaying at SD. So even if you play an HD enabled game on a standard television, the 360 game should look better than any Revolution games.

project gotham racing has only some more polygons then any other console game...
i dont care about polygons... this game just looks steril... and the other games look like plastic... i for myself dont like that look. it is just like.... playing playstation1 games in highres... with sharper textures and more polygons... (if you know what i mean)

if graphics is all u friggin care about go buy a 360, just remember that due to the HD graphics, there wont be any room on the disk for good gameplay. THnak about this, dont dismiss it. The revolultion uses THE SAME type of disk as the 360 yet the 360 has to have HD graphics.......pretty stupid to still use DVD9.....THe ps3 will have blu ray which is MORE than enough space for the graphics........get ready for lots of multi disk games 360 fanboys nd dont go crying in the forums when elder scrolls is 5 disks

I don't mean to sound like a luke-warm, hippie with no preference, but arn't we all being a little narrow minded?

I am getting a Revolution. Hands down, no argument, no second-thoughts. This decision is based off the facts: Rev will be cheaper than the 360 and the PS3 by at least $200, it will feature some insanly innovative game designs that will more likely that not blow me away, it will have kick ass features for older games (yeah, I know this isn't official yet, but I doubt Nintendo will simply port every game. Expect online features and added bonuses), and I KNOW that the next Smash Bros. will be on it. What more reason do I need?

As for the 360; I hope it comes out with some amazing games. I hope Halo 3 is the best FPS to ever be created. I hope that all the 360 fan boys can laugh at me and my "pathetic low res" Revolution graphics. But will this make more want a 360 any more? The answer is no. Because up to this point, Microsoft has not convinced me that the 360 is a "next generation" console. Nothing screams out at me. It is very tepid at this point.
However, for the sake of videogames, I hope that the 360, sooner or later, has some great software.
As always, competition is what drives the industry. The PS3 is going to have to jump on it's horse and ride fast if its going to sell the # of units its hoping for, all because the 360 launched as early as it did. This is GREAT! Sony and Microsoft are going to be dueling an old-school 'I'm-better-than-you-and-heres-why'. For us gamers, we couldn't ask for a better set-up. The more competition, the better the games.

Of course though, while those two monster systems are battling it out, I'll be happily kicking some guys ass who lives in Holland in the nest Smash Bros. game.

Just can't wait for the Revolution to release, or reveal it's Official name.

As I gamer, I feel I need 3 types of games. Asian Games, Western Games, and Innovative Games.
So that is why I am going to get all 3 Consoles, well I already have a Xbox 360.

The PS3 for Asian Games.
The Xbox 360 for Western Games.
The Nintendo Revolution for Innovative Games.

I will be gething a REv when it comes out.Nintendo are they only ones who do something really new.Rev and my 360 are gonna be my best friends,will get a ps3 when i can afford one and when a game i really want comes out for it.Ps3 looks lot like hype,dont know if i should grill on it or play it.
