Shigeru Miyamoto, at the DIEC

(Digital Interactive Entertainment Conference,)

recently talked about the usual: numchakus, the extra peripheral etc… He must have known people were bored with the same old talk because he then added:

"There's another secret, but I'm not going to go into that here. That'll be for a later date."

The later date will probably be May 9, 2006 at the next E3 conference, but we can only be hopeful.

i'm sorry bout that but i am willing to bet any money that the new controller feature is mp3 playback. It would be so awesome , but concidering that it is about the size of the psp it would be irritating to carry around a controller to listen to music. Still i atick to the idea that the controller will enable mp3 playback sort of like an apple ipod.

Er...

The "secret" is that remodeled versions of past controllers (i.e. SNES, NES, N64 controllers) will be able to plug into that port that the numchaku thing plugs into on the revolution conroller in order to play old games on the revolution.

so far it doesn't look like you could jam the previous controllers into the peripheral port, besides, the revolution controller itself works like all the previous controllers

He did say REMODLED versions of past controls, asif they wouldnt modify the plug.

Anyway the secret feature is prolly that its got big flashy neons, and since thats battery consuming the controler is also rechargeable!

It also vibrates at the touch of a button, ( Some people would find that useful... ) and um yeh you can run away at parties with a controller and wait till you get your own revelution. ( DOnt worry, it will be a tradition with all wireless controllers...)
