If you’re looking for some wacky fun on your Nintendo home console, you’re about to get it in the near future as Rovio announced that Angry Birds Trilogy is making its way onto the Wii and Wii U.

Rovio’s announcement of Angry Birds Trilogy coming to the Wii and Wii U was accompanied by some other good news from the company. Since the title hit the Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 last year, it has sold over one million units across the globe.
Rovio’s executive vice president of games Petri Jarvilehto commented on the news: “It was certainly satisfying to see Angry Birds gameplay adapt so well to other platforms in 2012. The features specific to the Wii U are very intriguing to us, so we’re excited to release this version to fans.”
Angry Birds Trilogy consists of Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons, and Angry Birds Rio. No specific release date for the Wii and Wii U versions was given, but look for them to become available sometime this year.

The game on any other device like a console is about the most horrible experience I've ever seen. At least on the WiiU you have the tablet.
