Those who love tuning out of their day-to-day activities playing with their iPhone will find that the previous week saw some pretty good additions to the App Store. There's the classic Monopoly, a Guitar Hero-MGS game, World at War, and the one they hail as the mobile version of Oblivion and Zelda, Ravensword. Care to check them out?

After being rejected by Apple due to some programming problem some time last week, Ravensword: The Fallen King is now finally available for the iPhone. Hailed as the mobile version of Oblivion and Zelda, this third person action RPG features an expansive open world with plenty quest and hours of exploration.

A lot of interesting bits popped into the Nintendo block this week - from race-able Chocobos, re-imagined sountracks, to retrained cops. The Dolphin Team has released a new update for the Gamecube, Nintendo Wi and Triforce emulator for Windows. The latest unofficial SVN build of Dolphin features lots of code cleanups, additional new features, minor speedups and various other improvements.

20 years after Nintendo launched the Game Boy, the immensely popular portable gaming device has now been inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame, joining the ranks of an elite list of legendary playthings. An honor well-deserved. Seeking to continue their hardware success, Nintendo has had another busy week, topped off with updates from three of their biggest execs.

Nintendo has sent out a press release announcing the final US release date for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Nestled in all the PR-speak is a nice little surprise for Zelda fans: the abduction-prone princess will be fighting right alongside Link in this adventure.

As if a new Zelda game isn't enough, Nintendo is sweetening the purchase of The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks in Japan with a cool bonus. For those picking this up at Day 1, you'll be getting a neat feather stylus for your Nintendo DS.

The Dolphin Team has recently released a new update of the Unofficial SVN build of Dolphin, a Gamecube and Nintendo Wii emulator for Windows. The latest SVN build offers lot's of new features, bug fixes and various improvements.

Homebrew coder DesertDog has ported The Legend of Zelda - Molblin's Magic Spear to the Nintendo DS. The golden book, based on the The Legend of Zelda, was written by Jack C. Harris in 1989.
