PSP Wallpaper Maker v1.0 - Image 1There are a lot of other PSP wallpaper-making tools and sites out there but this particular one boasts of the ability to resize and convert larger jpeg, png, gif or bmp pics and that it's fairly easy to use. Try it out.

PSP homebrew - Image 1Homebrew developer Torch has released a new plugin for the PSP called Lockdown In-Game. What it does is ask for password input every time you resume your PSP from suspend mode. Very useful for keeping other people from messing with your games when you suspend your PSP while playing.
