Will Wright - Image 1It's final. Will Wright, creator of The Sims franchise, is leaving Electronic Arts. This was confirmed on Wednesday by Mr. Wright himself, leaving a heavy shadow hanging low over EA's front lawn.

Would you believe he has been snubbing Sony's PlayStation3 all this time because no title has piqued his interest enough for him to purchase one? Logo of Maxis' Spore - Image 1After all the delays and the setbacks, publisher Electronic Arts has finally raised the green flag on its upcoming life simulation game, Spore (PC, Nintendo Wii, DS, Mac, and Mobile), and is ready to ship the much awaited title by next month.
