In our previous coverage of Bloober Team's Last Flight, we were already introduced to the culinary-chef-turned-vampire-hunter, Larry. In this latest update for the upcoming WiiWare title, we are introduced to even more characters, as well as some of their motivations on why they had the unfortunate luck of getting stuck on a plane with a horde of undead creatures. Konami Digital Entertainment, or rather its division in America, rocked San Francisco with their blow-by-blow game lineup revelation kicking off from 2008 onwards. Of course, there were the all-time favorites: Metal Gear Solid, Castlevania, Dance Dance Revolution, and Silent Hill. However, these weren't all the games that the publisher highlighted at the event. Someone's playing liberator again and "freeing" some of the games offered over the recently launched WiiWare service. We've heard that downloads of WiiWare titles are being seeded over torrent avenues, and this feat has been attributed to a circumvention of security over Nintendo's servers. Nintendo of Europe recently announced the first eight WiiWare titles that gamers will eventually see on the downloadable game service once it arrives this May 20. The European WiiWare title selection will vary slightly with its North American counterpart, although titles like LostWinds and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King will also be available in both regions. We can't wait until Strong Bad crashes into WiiWare and PCs via Telltale Games' Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People. But there's hope for PS3 and Xbox 360 owners to get some burninating love: Telltale Games just announced that its open to the idea of publishing the game for Sony and Microsoft's respective consoles. Not long after Grand Theft Auto 4 (Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3) rocked the world, and a few weeks before Metal Gear Solid 4 does the same, we're left with several decent titles that can't be dubbed as mere distractions. This week marks the release of Myst on the Nintendo DS, while Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King is set to build a kingdom on the Wii.
