Visceral Games has released yet another dev diary of their upcoming third-person hack and slash game Dante's Inferno (PS3, PSP, and Xbox 360). This time, the game's Executive Producer Jonathan Knight talks about the second circle of hell and what would probably be the most controversial level of the game, Lust. Check out how Dante incorporates the anger level to dish out some intense violence and rage. And don't forget the awesome weapons of the game.

I missed this, but apparently a couple of months back there was talk about Visceral Games working on a Jack the Ripper game. Nothing definite followed it up, but recent trademark filings by Electronic Arts seem to indicate that the rumor holds some water.

Electronic Arts may not be saying much about Dead Space 2, but professional networking site LinkedIn has stepped in to fill the void. A new job posting on the site from EA senior recruiter Jeff Ballard sheds some light on the game's current status.

Here's a new video for Visceral Games and Electronic Arts' Wii exclusive, Dead Space: Extraction. In the vid, the Visceral devs give us an overview of the new mechanics and controls they've integrated into Extraction like the "glow worm", which lets players get some quick makeshift lighting in the darker areas of the game, and the two-player alternating puzzle-solving mechanic.
