Are there any plans, or the tiniest bit of possibility at least, that Microsoft will be rolling out Blu-ray'd
Xbox 360s in the future? The battle for the new media format has long
been over, with Toshiba completely admitting defeat of the HD-DVD. In
fact, they say they're now looking into selling Blu-ray disc players by
the end of the year, as well as producing Blu-ray recorders. So what of
Microsoft? Have they changed their minds yet? |

Godzilla proved that size matters. But if being uber big has its advantages, so does being uber small. Come 2009, Sony and Toshiba will begin mass producing the 45nm Cell processor for the PlayStation 3. That means smaller models that run cooler, and on less electricity - but what I'm really looking forward to is a possible price drop. |
