The older entries in the Sonic series have been re released so many times that hardcore collectors probably have whole rooms dedicated to them by now. It doesn't look like Sega will be stopping the rehash train any time soon, however.

The homebrew coders from the SSBRumble DS team has released a new version of Super Smash Bros. Rumble DS, a homebrew game based on the ever popular Wii game Super Smash Bros. The latest update features 21 new characters, added collision detection, timer, attribute system, new stages and various other improvements.

Homebrew coder Wack0 has released a new version of WiiSCU, a homebrew tool for the Nintendo Wii that gives you the option to install new versions of channels and IOSes without touching the system menu.

Mention Shenmue III to any Shenmue fan and you'll probably get one of two reactions: a breakdown followed by uncontrollable sobbing or a vicious and expletive -filled rant against Sega.
