These days, there's a good number of iPod dock devices to choose from which give you different features. SendStation is launching another one which has by far exerted the best effort at achieving all the functions you could possibly want.
Introducing the PocketDock- it's compatible with all iPods and the manufacturers claim that it will be with the iPhone as well. This baby does more than charge your gadgets, it also syncs them and serves as a universal adapter by having the ability to serve as the arbiter for your iPod to output media into your major appliances. You can play videos on your big screen TVs, play the music on your stereo and link up to USB ports. The PocketDock is available for $36.95 in stores nationwide. |

If you're annoyed with having to remove your iPod's case each and every time you want to connect your iPod to different docks, then we've found this new item that should end all those troubles. It seems that SendStation, the guys who made the earBuddy and the PocketDock, have come up with a new product called the Dock Extender. The Dock Extender simply is what its name states. It lets you use your iPod and iPhone with iPod speaker systems, docking stations, FM transmitters, and voice recorders, without the need for removing your covers and cases. So long as your case has an opening for iPod Dock connection, this will automatically extend the dock connector, enabling you to use your iPod as you please. There's no price yet, but it's scheduled for a March 2007 release, so keep your eyes peeled and keep checking QJ for more of this fun swag. Enjoy! |

One thing you'll probably agree with is that mp3 player earbuds are cool, but hard to properly care for. You put them in a pocket and the wires get tangled. Stick it in a back pocket and you accidentally sit on it. Worse still if you detach it from the player, leave it in your pocket, and forget it, only to find that it went into the washer along with your pants (personal experience). Because of problems like these, it's very tempting to get this nice carrying case for your earbuds: the SendStation earBuddy. Looking like some kind of chainmail-armored jewelry box, the earBuddy is just as tough as it looks. It can withstand a beating, 200 lbs. of force, which is pretty much anything the world could dish out on an object this small any day of the week. The earBuddy is also designed to stop your earbud cords from getting tangled. the reel on the inside lets you place the buds in the center, and then you use the outside to loop it around the reel. When you want to take it out, just grab the plug-end of your earbuds and the whole thing will come out without any tangles or mess. Since it's also a pretty small item, the earBuddy can be used as a keyring or key chain. Attach it to your bag or your keys so you don't forget it, and take it out when needed. Of course, they also have a nice promo. Buy one, and get a code for free iTunes music. Actually not too shabby if you plan on using your mp3 player for a long time, and you can choose from basic black and silver/orange too. Stylish. The product is available at SendStation's site for $14.95. Enjoy! |
