The PlayStation 3's DualShock 3 controller is making its debut in Europe and for a lot of gamers across the Atlantic, it's about time! SCEE says it will bring in regular shipment of the new control pad, but it's not certain if day one supplies will be able to accommodate all potential customers. In his speech over at the DevStation event in London, SCEE president David Reeves said that third-party, non-game applications on the Sony PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable are most welcome and we'll be seeing more of them.
