My god, that's a humongous...list. QJ.Net Forum resident owfx dropped by earlier to announce the release of the 3.30oe/3.40oe theme pack (final), a compendium of some of the PSP's more well-known XMB themes for custom firmwares 3.30 and 3.40 OE.

Aside from carrying 32 full-blown themes, this pack also carries custom icons, volume bars, font sets, XMBWaves, and a theme flasher in case the users wish to mix-and-match their own sets. We'll provide for a list of the files below in case you guys want to scan what's in the pack.

Just make sure to have a bit of space handy when you begin your download - the bundle will go for about 34MB. Enjoy, and make sure to thank owfx via the QJ.Net Forums for making this bundle! And of course, kudos to all the developers who went through the pains of creating all these themes - our hats off to you!

PSP homebrew coder brethren passed by the QJ.Net Forums earlier to announce the release of the Easy Theme Flasher application. According to the developer, this homebrew gives PSP owners"the ability to first preview theme, the ability to flash theme, make a backup of all customizable files, (and) reflash backup."

Also included in this application are seven custom PSP themes, with credits going to homebrew developers evolve, MaDSouL, saizn, mrdude, blackskull, gSmoke, Undertaxxx, and Z33.

At the moment, brethren has developed two versions of Easy Theme Flasher - version 1.2 for PSP custom firmware *3.30 OE-A, and version 1.3 for Dark AleX's recently released custom FW 3.40 OE-A. In case the users run into any usage problems, we advise them to head over to brethren's thread over at the QJ.Net Forums for further clarifications. With that said, we hope you guys enjoy your download.

*We're note sure if brethren meant 3.30 OE-A or 3.30 OE-A'. Still, guys who've tested the app seem to indicate it's working. In any case, we'd appreciate it if the users commented either here or at the release threads in case they discover any issues with this app.

Freshly served with a dash of the dark side, nicodemus82 has compiled various elements from the themes which other people of the homebrew community released and came up with his own DaRk ThEmE package. It's a sleek looking theme that was put together. All the elements from the various homebrew authors seem to jive in this custom. So, what does the package include?

• icons (+ battery and busy icon)
• volume bar
• XMB line
• custom sounds, font, and background in wallpaper and 1-12bmp versions

Credits go to himself for the volume bar, innercy (again!) for the icons, Saizn for the battery icon, and 4bs3nt for the background.

Thanks to the ever-watchful Badam, we've gotten word that SaiZn has released a pair of new XMB icon sets on the QJ forums. These sets feature icons based on the Windows Vista start orb and are available in both blue and red. Here's a look at what's included in each icon set:
