It seems Factor 5's financial problems has led to even more trouble after the developer shut down last month. Former Factor 5 employees are now suing the Lair developer for fraudulent behavior in order to get out of paying their debts, Gamasutra reports.

Why play as Indiana Jones if you can go racing through jungles and ruins as rogue pilot Han Solo himself? Yes, LucasArts has revealed that Han Solo - or, at least, a costume/skin for Indy - will be crossing over to Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings as a playable character. The Wrath of the Lich King is almost upon us, people! In preparation for this, Blizzard has wrapped up the expansion's beta test. Patch 3.0.3 has also been launched, with changes to several classes. Hopefully this means a smooth launch for the World of Warcraft expansion next week.
