EMG Technology LLC has filed on Monday a patent-infringement suit against the iPhone company, alleging that they took their patent for the web-surfing technology found on the wonder phone. RIM's Blackberry - Image 1Giving devices names  too similar to the BlackBerry for comfort is lawsuit fodder, and that's what seems to be happening to LG. LG has devices with monikers such as "Black Cherry," names which are too similar to RIM's BlackBerry brand. RIM, of course, files a lawsuit.
