PS3 - PSP - Image 1New information about the upcoming firmwares for the PS3 and PSP have surfaced. Well, when Eric Lempel revealed the list of features for PS3 FW 2.50 and PSP FW 5.00 yesterday, he did say it wasn't the entire changelog.

UPDATE: PS3 Firmware 2.50 is now available for downloading, folks. The changelog is shown once you start the download. Nice.

Sony Ericsson to produce X1 smartphone Windows Mobile OS - Image 1Here's an update regarding the developments happening with Sony Ericsson. The company has plans of making smartphones based on the Windows Mobile operating system by the end of year 2008.

pspME v0.1: SUN open source JavaME implementation of phoneME - Image 1Homebrew coder M@x has ported the program phoneME to the PlayStation Portable and dubbed it as pspME. While the program is just on version 0.1, it is already capable of doing a lot of things.

Among these is the implementation of several input methods as well as the ability to install applications from local JAR file. See the full features after the jump!
