For years now, every update we get on Gran Turismo for the PSP is either news on its delay, or a short remark from somebody saying "it's still in development."

Wait, there's a Gran Turismo game for the PSP? Yes, for those who forgot or don't have a clue since we hardly get any updates on it. Rest assured, Gran Turismo PSP is still in development, according to Sony's Shuhei Yoshida.

Fire up your PlayStation 3, gamers! An update to Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is now available on the PlayStation Network, with three very shiny, very sexy new cars lined up. One of them is the GT by Citroen, whose real-life model debuted at the Paris Motor Show yesterday. Screens after the link!

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is set to kick August off with one mean update. They're adding the anticipated Gran Turismo TV feature this month along with a lot of other fixes that will have gearheads wetting their pants. It's total automotive entertainment from Polyphony Digital this month.

The CEO of Polyphony Digital, as well as the creator and producer of the Gran Turismo series, Kazunori Yamauchi, was at E3 2008 where he let slip a number of details about the future of GT5 Prologue.
