Braid - Image 1A PSN version of Jonathan Blow's critically-acclaimed indie platformer, Braid, was revealed a couple of months ago when some eagle-eyed observers noticed a PS3 listing for it on the German USK. Today, Hothead Games announced that PS3 owners will finally be able to play the game next week.

Fret Nice - Image 1Swedish developer Pieces Interactive has joined forces with Tecmo to bring Fret Nice, a platformer that can be played with a guitar controller, to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. The dev has recently sent out some assets and a release date for the game.

Judge hammer - Image 1Some guys just don't get it. Remember Erik Estavillo? He was banned from playing Resistance: Fall of Man and the PlayStation Network earlier this year, prompting him to sue Sony for "pain and suffering" caused by the ban, as well as for the money he still had in his PSN account that he can no longer access. His case was dismissed last September 22nd since there was no plausible claim for relief via First Amendment. The case, however, isn't closed just yet folks.
