Pandemic Studios has released a new patch for Mercenaries 2 on the PS3. Patch update v1.02 finally brings Trophy support, and with that, we give you the Trophy list! And this time around, I'm seriously making it a conscious effort to keep those Secret Trophies secret. That way, I don't have to resort to "Secret Nuclear Bunker" road signs like what happened yesterday in the comments section for the Mirror's Edge Trophy List. *wink*

Yay for more destruction! Pandemic Studios has announced that they're prepping an update for Mercenaries 2: World in Flames on the Xbox 360 and PS3. Called the "Total Payback" update, it's set to add more features to the game.

Eyebrows were raised when word of Electronic Arts filing for a loan to support its campaign to acquire Take-Two Interactive broke out. Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, originally set to release last year, was moved to 2008 under circumstances of quality and preference. Creative director Cameron Brown of Pandemic Studios reiterated in an interview that it's on track to release in August, which Brown hopes will stick, because he wants to move on to Mercenaries 3 and even release a Mercenaries 2 for the Nintendo Wii.
