Reggie Fils-Aime - Image 1Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime has thrown down the gauntlet. In the newest GTTV episode, he predicted that New Super Mario Bros. Wii will outsell Modern Warfare 2 on a single platform. Oh, and he says there's no Wii HD.

Nintendo - Image 1Nintendo's sent out the list of their holiday line-up, and it looks like their Christmas goodie bags are bursting at the seams with their holiday offerings - even without those Christmas lights turned on yet. Included in the list are much-awaited titles like Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks and a new Castlevania title for WiiWare.

Nintendo Wii and DS - Image 1It's been a head-on collision between Sony and Microsoft the past week with their own respective price cut announcements. Oddly enough, Nintendo remains sitting prettily and quietly. Have they got no plans to launch their defenses in light of the current happenings? Apparently, no, they don't.

Pokemon Gold/Silver - Image 1Finally, Nintendo of America has made an announcement on Pokemon HeartGold/ SoulSilver and it's good news. To be released in Japan next month, it is now Nintendo's pleasure to bring the word that these two games will finally be available to North America and Europe as well come Spring of 2010. Reggie Fils-Aime, - Image 1 The Wii Vitality Sensor announcement was definitely one of the more "Huh?" moments at E3 2009. While its function as a heart-rate monitor wasn't hard to understand, a lot of people were left wondering how it would be implemented in games other than, say, fitness titles. Says Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime, gamers will see the light once software is rolled out.

Metroid: Other M - Image 1Team Ninja's Metroid: Other M was one of the titles that caught fans' attention during Nintendo's E3 presentation last week. There have been a few questions, however. For one, would it be a "proper" Metroid game and not a bastardization of the series? According to Reggie Fils-Aime, series fans can rest assured.

Reggie Fils-Aime - Image 1Nintendo disappointed a lot of core gamers at last year's E3 after it didn't announce any new Zelda or Mario game. This year, the company plans to make up for it. Talking to GameTrailers, Nintendo of America chief Reggie Fils-Aime said that they will do a "much better job" at E3 2009.
